The Rural Sociology Graduate Association at Penn State is excited to announce the dates and open registration for the 4th Annual Rural Studies Student Conference, taking place October 28 & 29, 2016, at Penn State’s University Park campus. Our theme this year is (broadly): “Reconceptualizing Rural Contexts."
We are accepting abstracts from undergraduate and graduate students, as well as interested members of the broader community.
*NEW this year* The conference will feature special workshop sessions to provide an opportunity to discuss ongoing work.
This year registration is
free, but required.
This is a great opportunity to get feedback on research (at any stage of development) from your student peers. We hope you will consider participating!
