1. Tier 1 - $40.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Select this membership level if your annual income is less than $40,000 (including graduate students). All memberships are calendar-year (January 1-December 31).

2. Tier 2 - $80.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Individuals with annual income of at least $40,000 but not more than $100,000 should choose this membership level. All memberships are calendar-year (January 1-December 31).

2a. Auto-Renew Tier 2 - $80.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) This selection will store your credit card information on our payment processor's secure website (AffiniPay) and will automatically renew every year. Individuals with annual income of at least $40,000 but not more than $100,000 should choose this membership level. All memberships are calendar-year (January 1-December 31).

2b. Three-Year Tier 2 Membership - $240.00 (USD) Subscription period: 3 years, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments If you select this option, you will be billed for three years of membership now, and your membership will be extended by three years. Individuals with an annual income between $40,000 and $100,000 should choose this membership level. All memberships are calendar-year (January 1-December 31).

3. Tier 3 - $115.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Individuals with an annual income of more than $100,000 should choose this membership level. All memberships are calendar-year (January 1-December 31).

3a. Auto-Renew Tier 3 - $115.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st Automatic renewal (recurring payments) If you select this option, your credit card information will be stored securely by our payment processor, AffiniPay, and your membership will be renewed automatically every year. Individuals with an annual income exceeding $100,000 should choose this membership level. All memberships are calendar-year (January 1-December 31).

3b. Three-Year Tier 3 Membership - $345.00 (USD) Subscription period: 3 years, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments If you select this option, you will be billed for three years of membership now, and your membership will be extended by three years. Individuals with an annual income exceeding $100,000 should choose this membership level. All memberships are calendar-year (January 1-December 31).

Undergraduate Student - $15.00 (USD) Subscription period: 1 year, on: January 1st No automatically recurring payments Undergraduate membership
