The University of Central Arkansas (UCA) invites applications for a 9-month Assistant Professor in the Department of Nutrition & Family Sciences. The successful candidate will teach courses in experimental food science, food economics, nutrition services administration, and other undergraduate and graduate courses to complement current faculty and meet the needs of the department commensurate with experience and qualification.

Successful applicants must possess a doctoral degree in nutrition or a related field, as well as experience in, or the ability and interest to develop in, interprofessional education.

Candidates must hold the Registered Dietitian Nutrition credential by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
